  ET DE QUATRE! C'est par un vote unanime moins une voix, que le conseil municipal de Neuilly-sur-Suize a retoqué le projet. Ce NON communal, venant s'ajouter aux nombreux autres, voir ci-dessus, on fini par se demander qui, en dehors de la commune de Foulain-Crenay, est favorable à ce projet?
